Electrical Selections & Other Upgrades/Changes

We kept our electrical selections very small as we will be doing a lot of downlight installation and data cabling ourselves after handover.

Some things we added on top of the standard inclusions were:

• LED downlights to overhead cupboards in kitchen
• Outdoor powerpoints to both alfresco and also near front of house
• A whole heap of additional double power points throughout the entire house (including to the kitchen island)
• Heat/fan/light combos to ensuite and main bathroom
• 2-way switches in entry and hallway

Some other upgrades that we have included along the way are:

• Solid bricks by Bowral to entire house (Bowral Blue to front façade, Bowral Sinmental Silver to remainder)



• Alfresco area
• Increased ceiling height throughout (2.7)
• Raised garage height
• Anticon blanket
• Doors to home theatre and ensuite
• Removed desk from kitchen area (as shown in picture below)
